1. Agreement

By applying for or operating a shop on inEden ("Shop"), you ("Seller," "you") agree to this Marketplace Seller Agreement ("Agreement") with Rose Global LLC d/b/a In Eden ("inEden," "we," "us"). This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, this Agreement controls for Shop matters.

2. What inEden Is (and Is Not)

inEden operates an online marketplace. You are the seller of your products. inEden provides listing, discovery, payment collection, and platform tools.

  • inEden is not the seller of your goods and does not take title to your inventory.
  • inEden does not fulfill orders, pack shipments, or guarantee delivery.
  • inEden does not handle returns or refunds (see Section 8).

You are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, packaging, shipping, and customer communication about your orders.

3. Payment Collection

inEden collects payment from buyers through its Stripe account on your behalf.

Fees:

  • Listing fee: $19/month (or promotional founding rate if applicable) for Shop access, member features, and marketplace listing. Failure to pay pauses your Shop (Section 7).
  • Platform fee: 5% of each product subtotal (shipping excluded).
  • Payment processing: Stripe fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, on the total charge including shipping) are deducted from your payout.

You authorize inEden to deduct all fees before remitting your balance.

4. Payouts

  • Your earnings are held in a vendor balance ledger.
  • Funds become available for payout after the buyer's order is marked delivered (via carrier tracking) plus ten (10) additional days.
  • You must complete Stripe's identity and tax-information verification (including your SSN or EIN for US sellers) before your first payout.
  • inEden may withhold payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or open disputes.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • You ship all physical orders yourself unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You must enter a valid carrier tracking number within three (3) business days of receiving an order (or your stated processing time, if longer).
  • You set your flat shipping rate; buyers pay shipping per Shop per checkout.
  • You are solely responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

6. Prohibited Products

You may not list: illegal items; weapons; drugs or CBD; counterfeit goods; adult content; hate-related products; items that violate third-party IP; or anything inconsistent with inEden's values-aligned community standards. We may remove listings or terminate your Shop without refund of fees.

7. Listing Subscription

Your Shop appears in Search and trending only while your listing subscription is active. If subscription lapses:

  • Products are hidden from discovery;
  • You must still fulfill orders placed before lapse;
  • New sales are disabled until you resubscribe.

8. All Sales Final — No Refunds Through inEden

All sales are final. inEden does not offer refunds, credits, or returns on your behalf.

Buyers with questions, problems, or disputes about product quality, fit, or delivery must contact you (the Seller) directly. You are solely responsible for resolving buyer issues.

inEden may still process chargebacks initiated with the buyer's bank. Chargeback amounts and fees may be deducted from your vendor balance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate. inEden may suspend or terminate your Shop immediately for policy violations, buyer safety concerns, or chargeback rates. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to fulfill open orders.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and remitting any taxes on your sales. inEden may collect and remit sales tax where required by law and provide documentation.

11. Content & License

You grant inEden a license to display your product photos, descriptions, and shop name for marketplace operation and marketing of the platform. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify inEden against claims arising from your products, listings, failure to ship, or disputes with buyers.

13. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box at application, you confirm: "I agree to the inEden Marketplace Seller Agreement and understand all sales are final. I am responsible for shipping and buyer communication."
