Common questions
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your private username and password. Email signups also set a password at onboarding. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen — we email a one-time 6-digit recovery code.
What does membership cost, and how do I cancel?
inEden is free to join and receive messages. Paid membership is $17/month or $99/year and includes a 14-day free trial; it unlocks connection requests, Friend Match, online classes, and full devotionals. On iPhone, subscriptions are billed through Apple, manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions. On the web, manage billing from Settings → Subscription inside inEden.
Is my data private?
Yes. Any cycle information you choose to log is stored encrypted in our EU-region database, is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI, and you can delete it at any time. inEden does not use facial recognition or biometric verification. How do I delete my account or my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete My Data. You can also request deletion any time via our Data Deletion page or by emailing support@ineden.app.
Who is inEden for?
Adult women (18+) looking for connection, community, and care anchored in the city they actually live in. inEden is women centered and faith rooted at its foundation, and open to everyone who shares its values.
I run a business listed on inEden — how do I dispute a listing?
Email support@ineden.app with subject Listing Dispute and include the listing URL or enough detail to find it. See Terms §9.4 and Help: third-party listings.
